We offer Acorn Demonstrations to Tribal Organizations throughout California. At these
demonstrations we educate about the whole process; from gathering to cooking, and so many
things in between. Historically, many California Tribes relied heavily on annual harvests of
Acorns as a main Traditional food staple. Much of our traditional food knowledge has been
lost, not passed down, or limited in some way throughout the years. By educating and
connecting with others, we want to be part of bringing some of that lost knowledge back our
people. With that knowledge they can provide for themselves and their families with what has
